SEALMAKER sealants are designed for wellhead leaks for all types of seals, With it's unique multi-directional sealing properties, it allows application in all conditions including high pressure gas lift operations or where high annular pressures exist. The sealants reamin liquid in the void giving you full functionality of the wellhead after application with no operational constraints or limitiations after the repair is complete. SEALMAKER's enhanced flexibility allows it to withstand extreme temperature and pressure vfluctuations without jeaopardizing bonding characteristics plus it is completly inert to all corrosive fluids and gases with a laboratory life span of 5000 years at 90°C and 7500 years at 70°C.

Sub Sea Leaks

Specializing is subsea leak repair since 1998, SEALMAKER's technology allows it to be deployed in very complex routing situations allowing it to be pumped into nearly any subsea wellhead component. High pressure control ines, DHSV's, manifold blocks, leaking welds, valves, actuators, pipeline flanges, clamps, umbilicals, jumpers, quick connects, etc., can all be sealed. SEALMAKER can be deployed in deep water and is unaffected by water temperature and has the ability to withstand extreme temperature and pressure variations. SEALMAKER is ideally suited for the harshest of underwater environments. Fully eco-friendly, there is no risk to the environment with SEALMAKER in situatons where direct disharge into the sea cannot be avoided.

Focusing on lthe specific details of each leak scenario in combination with specific wellbore design, we can quickly provide a comprehensive solution for your leak condition.

Sustained Casing Pressure Micro Annular Leaks

Sustained casing pressures at the wellhead through cemented outer annuli are a growing problem worldwide. Micro-annular leak channels and fissures can be successfully eliminated using SEALMAKER's nano particle technology. SEALMAKER CSH is designed to utilize readily available ions from the pipe and cement to react with Our CSH Sealants. The CSH particles can be sized between 10 and 40 nanometers depending on the channel size present through a cement column. Due to the ultra small size, the nano-particles can pentrate deeply into micro crevices allowing it to reach the source of pressure to seal it off.. By targeting the source of pressure directly, followed by an ensuing hydrate reaction similar to the original pozzolanic reaction of the original cement, the micro channels are re-cemented chemically. The bonds between the pipe and cement are reestablished within the sheath to completely eliminate further presure build-up to the surface.
